Australian Business Investments provides funding, directorship or co-directorship and source management essentially making this a management buy in (MBI)
(MBO): Provide funding to existing managers in a well established growth business who wishes to buy out the existing owner essentially making this a management buy out (MBO)
(BIMBO): Source, research and facilitate acquisition of well established small business opportunities in varying spheres of operation with an EBIT of $400,000 - $1 million where one or more managers/directors wish to remain and buy out the other manager/s who wish to exit. Australian Business Investments provides funding, co - directorship and source part management essentially making this a buy in management, buy out (BIMBO)
Release part of owners capital allowing them to realise part of their shareholding while maintaining an on-going equity stake, together with a management role if appropriate.
Start new business to investor specification under full or partial directorship of Australian Business Investments.
Fund expansion of growth businesses.
Any combination of the above
Australian Business investments recognises that because of the diverse nature of its portfolio business’s it will not become involved in the day to day management preferring to leave this to the existing management or source experienced proven managers within the business particular sphere.
